Mass of Faith, Communion and Psalm Music by Keith Ballentine

Composer Keith Ballentine

Hello and welcome to

I believe our psalms should be sung in praise of Our Lord Jesus Christ. When I write the music for a Psalm, I study it, feel it, and try and translate it into a song that can be easily picked up by everyone. I believe the melody should reflect the tone of the reading and be a memorable one as well. So when people leave the Mass, they can recall it during the week remembering what they had heard and sung.

The music I write for the psalms have been very well received and have added heartfelt prayer and comfort during in the singing of the Psalm. As you watch the videos on the Psalm video page and listen to the music, see if you can sing along after hearing it once. The words are on the video to help you. Eventually, we will have the music available for purchase as well as the CDs and DVDs. Please subscribe to KBPsalms for updates to the site.

Also, The Mass of Faith to the Savior of the World will be available in sheet music along with a free download of the Mass so you can hear it and follow the music. If you notice, there are some videos on the right from my page. Listen to these original psalms composed by Keith Ballentine.  Please leave a comment and let us know what you think.
